Healthy Ramen Review by Jess

I first heard about GreeNoodle from the food blog, FOODjimoto, and not long after spotted it in a local Japanese produce market. I think the Plain "flavor" may be the best one to try first. I made it with Satay sauce and stir fried vegs and it turned out great. The texture is just like ramen (as crisp or as soft as you want it) and there is just a hint of a green tea aroma as you're cooking it. (Posted on 2/9/12)

I ordered a huge case of these noodles and have passed them out to fellow co-workers who are on diets and they are the best! Rave reviews from my co-workers who are not by any means vegan or vegetarian. HIGHLY recommend these to anybody! (Posted on 9/5/11)

I am always looking for super foods and love instant noodles,
