We are not responsible for items purchased from an authorized retailer of GreeNoodle products other than items directly purchased from greenoodle.biz or eongoods.com Please refer to the retailer from which you purchased your product. Each Retailer has its own customer service department and you must contact the retailer directly if there is a problem with your order. These items cannot be returned to greenoodle.com, greenoodle.biz, or eongoods.com.
For Items Purchased directly from greenoodle.biz or eongoods.com:
All merchandise purchased directly from greenoodle.biz or eongoods.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase if noodle packages are unopened and undamaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To ensure that your item return is processed correctly, please follow these packing instructions:
Box the item securely.
Include the packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories.
Tape the box closed.

Eon Goods 21010 76th Ave West Edmonds WA 98026. Shipping expenses must be covered by the customer. Eon Goods does not provide shipping labels for return items.
When the original item is received by us through shipment, we will process your return request. If you are not requesting a replacement item, you will be credited for the applicable price and tax less any adjustments already processed.
Orders may be cancelled if item(s) have not yet been shipped.
