Returns Policy: For Items Purchased from a Retailer: Eon Goods LLC not responsible for items purchased from an authorized retailer of GreeNoodle products other than items directly purchased from eongoods.com. Please refer to the retailer from which you purchased your product. Each Retailer has its own customer service department and you must contact the retailer directly if there is a problem with your order. These items cannot be returned to greenoodle.com, nor eongoods.com. For Items Purchased directly from eongoods.com: All merchandise purchased directly from greenoodle.biz or eongoods.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase if noodle packages are unopened and undamaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded. To ensure that your item return is processed correctly, please follow these packing instructions: Box the item securely. Include the packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories. Tape the box closed. Ship box to: Eon Goods 23585 Foley St. Hayward, CA 94545. Shipping expenses must be covered by the customer. Eon Goods LLC does not provide shipping labels for return items. When the original item is received by Eon Goods through shipment, your return request will be processed. If you are not requesting a replacement item, you will be credited for the applicable price and tax less any adjustments already processed. Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled if item(s) have not yet been shipped.
